To become a bus system operator you should determine what kind of driver you would like to be. For example, do you want to driver commercially, for schools or for a city? Whatever you would like to do, you will probably need a commercial driver's license (cdl). An investment into a book should cover most things that you will need to learn. Depending on what state you are in you may need to take a course. For most cases a high school diploma is all that is needed to start your career as a bus system operator.
