Center on Environmental & Land Use Law

The Center sponsors conferences on cutting-edge topics in environmental law. Its most recent conference was the Breaking the Logjam symposium, which was sponsored by the Center, the NYU Environmental Law Journal, and New York Law School. Held in March 2008, it featured over 40 environmental law experts from academia, environmental groups, business, and government discussing how the next Administration and Congress should reform the major federal environmental laws.
