If you want to actually be a green educator in school, it will be important for you to get your teaching degree, allowing you to always reach out and make a difference. If you simply hope to be a corporate green educator, giving others what they need to make smarter recycling choices, this may not be needed. It will help, however, to have great public speaking skills and an easy manner which people trust, as you are going to be the one teaching them how to make a more significant difference in their lives on behalf of the environment.
