Basics of Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency

If you are new to renewable energy and are considering your options, we offer an introduction to a variety of renewable technologies for the home and small business. We review the advantages and disadvantages of multiple technologies as well as discuss how to decide which technologies may be appropriate for your site.
Solar Electricity (PV)

We offer Photovoltaic workshops for PV owners and potential PV installers. Our Introductory PV class for the Homeowner will help make you an informed consumer and a conscientious PV owner. For professionals who plan to install one or more systems, we offer a series of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced classes which cover the necessary information to install a safe and reliable PV system.
Solar Thermal - Water and Air Heating

Looking for good return on investment? Savings from Solar Thermal technologies can pay for the initial cost of a system in three to six years! Using the sun's energy to produce heat for air and water is an extremely efficient renewable technology with a great return on investment.
