Amarillo College
This program teaches AC-DC Circuits, Environmental Health and Safety, Wind Delivery Systems, Wind Turbine Troubleshooting and Repair and even Wind Business. They have an instructor who has extensive wind energy experience with a background in Operations, Project Management and Wind Site Construction who will bring real life experience to the classroom. Amarillo College is known for putting the student first and for having deep roots in the community. Their goal is to train the next generation of renewable energy workers. AC also has plans for in the works for Solar (heating and PV), Geothermal and possibly Cellulosic Ethanol.
