The Anoka-Ramsey Community College Integrative Health and Healing programs offer a variety of courses within the field of integrative medicine in two tracks:

• Associate in Science in Integrative Health and Healing degree, 64 credits, designed for learners seeking to understand the field of integrative health and healing who want to pursue an associate in science degree. The A.S. degree will transfer in entirety to the First College Individualized Bachelor of Arts degree program at Metropolitan State University, the Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies degree at St. Mary’s University, and the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Some courses in this program will transfer to various baccalaureate programs at the College of St. Catherine.
• Certificate in Integrative Health and Healing, 29 credits, designed for learners who already hold a degree but are seeking to understand the field of integrative health and healing. This certificate program has an optional internship class as a capstone to the program. Graduates of the certificate program will be able to apply their new knowledge and skills in a variety of settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, chiropractic clinics, wellness centers, health clubs, and businesses.

Curriculum in these programs include core courses such as Introduction to Holistic Healing, Mind/Body Connections, Holistic Healing Systems, Energy Healing, and elective classes such as Qigong, Healing Touch and others.
