The Solar Photovoltaic Certificate Program will provide you with the knowledge and skills to work as an entry-level technician for photovoltaic dealers, installers or contractors. The course includes basic electrical theory, system design, installation methods, safety and maintenance. Course competencies and objectives correlate with the NABCEP Certificate of Knowledge exam.

The Active Solar Thermal Systems Technician Certificate program provides the knowledge and skills to work as entry-level technicians for active solar thermal system dealers, installers or contractors. This certificate is for those seeking employment in the solar hot water industry.The course includes

* Basic plumbing methods
* System design
* Installation methods
* Safety and maintenance

The Residential Energy Analyst Certificate will give you the knowledge and skills to work as an entry-level residential energy analyst. In this field you would conducts home weatherization assessments and energy audits for the private sector, small businesses or governmental entities. You are introduced to building science, testing and evaluating the residential building envelope; water heating and usage; energy consumption; heating and cooling; and appliance efficiency.
