Today’s Massage Therapist professional is expected to understand the intricate workings of the body and use this knowledge to enhance overall health and wellness through the practice of massage therapy. With so many advancements in the massage industry, it is important that the therapist be able to express proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

This program will take you through the necessary steps of theoretical learning and provide the hands on training necessary for you to become a licensed massage therapist. The courses in the massage program are designed to diversify the student’s knowledge of massage therapy by including ancient and modern techniques.

In addition to the hands on training the students will receive from their instructors, Northwest Health Careers offers a unique learning experience for our students in the form of our Student clinic. Clients are brought in Monday – Saturday for the students to practice their newly taught techniques and receive feedback. Most importantly, this experience simulates the environment in which the students will one day work and teaches the importance of patient care and appropriate professional behavior.
