POSITION : SUPERVISOR HYDROGEN PLANT, NITROGEN PLANT
SCOPE OF DUTY :
1. prepare material and continues check equipment installed as an isometric design during erection plant, conducted some of test such as hydro test, pressure test and pressurize pipe line, lake test line piping refining and fractinationsection. blasting big piping 20-24 inci with N2 line hidrogenation section in project fatty alcohol plant.

2. prepare material and continues check equipment installed as isometric design during erection plant. conducted some of test such as hydro test, lake test and pressurize pipe line and reactor during free commisioning step. loading catalyst handling and reduction catalyst step during commisioning. control room operator Mahler steam reformer plant top produce hydrogen from LPG (liquid petroleum gas) and LNG (liquid natural gas). plant design to produce 5000 nm3/hrs H2. conversion LPG or LNG to hydrogen take place under pressure in vapoür phase of approx 22 bar and approx 780-810 celcius over the catalyst in fixed bed.

4. Handling chemicals for boiler pressure 23 bar and capacity 10.000 kg/hrs.

5. Handling unloading LPG from lorry to storage tank capacity 300 ton.

6. Handling operational hydrogen compressor capacity 3000nm3/hrs

1. Monitoring durring normal operation and conducting start up and shut down.

2. Prepaire daily report for field data data sheet check include temperatur, pressure, flow meter, level

5. Take finish product sample with random technical sampling for lab. analisys
