Refrigeration & PV Systems Expert

Yes, PV system are advantageuos and as such a substitute to the normal AC power. But my worry is that the panels seem to be stolen by unscrupulous people for their own benefit especially where it is meant for public places like health centres etc. My question therefore is how best can we secure the panels on the roof knowing very well of some technologies developing Fastners, One Way Multiple Screws and other. Would be grateful for your suggestions and technologies applied in your setup.
