SCC's Associate in Science degree in Automotive Technology, fully accredited by NATEF Technology, Ford and General Motors (GM), has been identified as the number one automotive educational program in the United States. The unique curriculum combines the latest in automotive technology education and relevant industry internships, with strong academic course work designed to prepare the graduate for a strong and successful career in the automotive service industry.

Active industry partnerships and current faculty with a wide range of expertise assure the student of up-to-date curriculum that integrates traditional vehicle technology with emerging alternative fuel technologies such as hybrid-electric and hydrogen fuel cell. Students may focus on domestic (GM and Ford) import vehicles, engine high performance and alternative fuel vehicle and diagnosis and repair.
